The Cutest Teardrop

teardrop

We saw this adorable, apparently home-built teardrop today at Walmart.  The other side was just as cute.  It reminds me a bit of a gypsy vardo the way it is embellished.  I wonder if the mirrored doors are see-through from the inside.  I would have loved to see the interior!

Our plan is to leave for Florida Sunday.

Can’t wait!  🙂

  3. So happy to hear you, Ron, and the kids are headed south. That makes my day.

Love the trailer, BUT, it’s so low! I can hear the scraping sounds just looking at the photo. But, oh, what a beauty! Thanks for posting that photo.

    • Yes, I noticed how low it is. He obviously sticks to paved roads.

I was so goggle-eyed I didn’t even think of taking a picture at first. Then I had Ron drive back around the parking lot so I could get a picture to share on the blog.

  4. Do we see a “switch” in the future or are we just window shopping in the “camper candy store” 🙂

  5. That is really a beauty, did it look tall enough to stand up in. Kind of have to wonder how safe those mirrors are for other drivers though.

Safe travels to you both and the fur kids too. I know how happy you are to hit the road again.

    • Jo, I think you could stand up in it. I am betting that the mirrors were not glass. They distorted the reflections a bit.

    • Bonnie, it means a lot to me that you were missing my little updates. 🙂

I have not felt great, but am certain that getting out on the road and walking in fresh air will be a miracle cure. Or at least a big boost!

      Thanks for the good wishes!

Looking forward to hearing about your travel adventures. I would love to ask you a few questions about your arrangements for being gone so long as we will be hitting the road with our 23′ trailer for 3-4 months next February. Would you mind emailing me? ilovelibraries at gmail if you don’t mind. Thanks.
