I posted a Want to Buy ad a couple of places, so am seriously looking for our Scamp now.
I hesitate to post on Craigslist due to the large population of scammers one encounters there. But if I don’t get any results from my ads at the fiberglass RV boards, I will have to get brave and post there, too.
If all else fails, I’ll have to order a new Scamp next spring.
Will let you know when there is any news to report. 🙂

/ October 10, 2011Have you tried the scamp and casita forums? They will have trailers listed for sale. Just hope they will be near by for you to look and maybe buy.

/ October 10, 2011Yes, JoJo, I check them every day. I was very interested in one that was advertised, but I asked them to send me photos of the underside of the trailer and they clearly showed water damage.
I almost bought one in Ohio, but it was the wrong floorplan and I realized it wouldn’t work for us.
I’m also looking for a Casita Liberty Deluxe, but it would have to be a few years old. Haven’t found one in driving distance or my price range.
But I’m definitely looking! If I don’t find one this fall, hopefully I will next spring.
