I just finished the last of the totes I planned to do for Christmas. I do hope the recipients appreciate them. Since there is no danger of them checking my blog, it’s safe to post pictures of them. 🙂
We are gearing up for our trip to Florida in around 10 days. I’ll take the tatting supplies and work on smaller projects while we are on the road.
I had considered splitting off the tatting posts and putting them in a new blog dedicated solely to tatting. But then I decided not to. The blog is a running commentary on my days–camping and non-camping, and I like the idea of having it all in one place.

/ November 6, 2010Nice tote. I’m sure they will be loved.
It’s always nice to know the rest of the story in a tatter’s life. If someone doesn’t post about tatting for months and month, I generally take them off my bloglist but may keep them in my favorites. Florida is generally too hot for me, but I wouldn’t mind being there for Jan & Feb. Way too cold here in IN for me!

/ November 6, 2010Hi, Gina,
Good to see your here. I love your blog. I am in awe of experienced tatters.
I hope Florida is warmer than it was last winter. Most of my family is down there, so we like to spend a few weeks visiting them in spring and in fall.
I’m trying to talk a couple of my sisters into taking up tatting, without much success — yet! 🙂
Hopefully winter in Indiana will be a bit kinder to you than it was last year!
